Pre-production Party

This weekend, we are meeting with John Harding, and Lesley Burkes-Harding to nut out our next steps in budget and design/costumes. Also meeting with Mathew Knight, who directed photography on the feature Good for Nothing.
Fun stuff!

Pledge Me and Indiegogo

It has been a while, and in our absence from bringing you news, we have successfully raised $5300 on New Zealand’s crowd funding website Pledge Me
and now we have launched phase 2 on Indiegogo.com
for a more international appeal and greater budget, for other parts of the preproduction process.

In other news, our partner producer, Melissa Dodds, is currently in New York, at the prestigious TriBeCa Film Festival, promoting her latest short film Whakatiki which had its world premiere yesterday.

There’s no time like the Middle Ages for the present

Agnes is cast!

We have finally cast the role of Agnes, our missing link in the core cast. We are very proud to have Anya Tate-Manning joining the team, rounding out a brilliant group of actors who will take us back to the Middle Ages with their “wicked-mad acting skills.”

The first taste of some of our favourite shots taken during our camera test day, by on set photographer Iva Lenard. Ben Krul is on the receiving end of a brutal strike from Blair Apperley, who doubled as our hero Knight for the fight. More to come.

Now then, gather around.

Welcome back, and take a look at our cast and crew pages as they take form. We’re building a team of truly inspiring talent who are hankering to climb aboard this behemoth as we gather momentum.

First up: Meet Mr. John Bach, a brilliant actor who possesses the gravitas and proper, physical ability to give the leading role life. The only other actor who could approach the role in our minds is Liam Neeson, and frankly, we don’t need him. Check out John’s picture in our Cast page.
